Scholarship Application Requirements

Applicant must be a family member of a current or former member of The Old Guard or a veteran who served in The Old Guard.

Applicant must be a current member in good standing of The Old Guard Association (TOGA). Family member applicants must be related to a spouse or parent who is a current member of TOGA in good standing.

Applicant must be enrolled or accepted in an accredited institution of higher learning or secondary vocational school

Applicant must submit latest annual education transcripts

Family members must submit 2 letters of recommendation

Applicant must submit a 400-500 word essay about "What service in The Old Guard means to me."

Application with the aforementioned transcripts, essay and recommendations must be received by the Foundation no later than June 30th

A 3-member committee will select a recipient.
