About the Foundation of The Old Guard
The Foundation was formed for the express purpose of providing charitable and educational support to the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment – The Old Guard.
Our Mission
The Foundation of the Old Guard provides charitable and educational support that benefits the Soldiers, families and veterans of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment – The Old Guard. In addition to the Regiment itself, this includes support of active-duty Soldiers, Soldier families, and veterans of The Old Guard.
We Are a Non-Profit Organization
The Foundation is organized as a Not-for-Profit Corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
All donations to the Foundation of the Old Guard are fully deductible to the extent allowed by applicable law. Please consult your tax advisor for additional information and the deductibility of your donation.
